Great work today – a nice litle change up from presses and other “strength” type stuff for some awesome, shoulder-stabilizing handstand holds. So if it was boring at all, I’m not really sorry… Your shoulders will thank me later.
SO, big news that I’ve told a bunch of people but not all… We’re expanding!!! Come September (possibly sooner) we’ll be enjoying almost twice as much gym space, as well as more area in the front entrance. It’s going to be great – So keep calm and CrossFit on and soon enough we’ll be spreading out into even more awesome space.
The weekend is coming up and it’s a long one. We’re going to be closed on Monday, but open Saturday and Sunday for normal hours. OnRamp begins on Tuesday!
