Warm up

2 Rounds – 10 spiderman lunges, 10 hops, 10 tuck jumps, 10 reverse dislocates

Accumulate 5 Minutes in a handstand

8 Minute AMRAP:
4 Ring Dips
8 Kettlebell swings
30 second plank

Mobility:
Stretch – Glutes, Shoulders
Foam Roll – T-spine
