Hey Folks!

Good work on todays WOD. I think it was one of the few that looked worse on paper/whiteboard than it did while doing it. Or maybe I just didn’t go hard enough. My biceps felt like they were going to explode though.

We’ve got 2 submissions for the T-shirt contest so far! Keep them coming, they’re awesome! Once I get a fair amount I’ll post them online and we can have a vote. Then I’ll order them and we’ll all rock them in the spring! Super pumped.

The open is in 50 days or so. We’ve got 7 weeks left to train and mobilize. Tend to our aches and pains and train harder. It’s going to be a lot of fun and I’d like to get the whole gym signed up. We need more of a team than 7 people this year! 🙂
