Hey Folks!

It’s the first WOD of the year.  Hours are back to normal and life is good!

Today/tomorrow 30 days of strict paleo eating begins!  I’m not making it a contest or keeping tabs on you.  What this is, is a good opportunity for us all to band together and support each other through any cravings, boredom or other obstacles that might arise during those 30 days.  I don’t necessarily intend to stop after those 30 days… but it’s a good amount of time to start with.

Warm up

2 rounds – 10 dislocates, 30 second rock bottom squat hold

“Cindy” – 20 Minute AMRAP:
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 squats

Stretch – Quads/Psoas & Pecs
