Hey Folks!

PR City.  The whole week of PRs is so awesome.  I’m impressed and super happy to see all your hard work paying off.  Many people PRd their Front squats today after having PRd their back squat on Monday too!  Beauty.

Open gym is closed tomorrow. Sorry about that. All classes are on though!

Todays workout is going to be a good one.  Completely stolen and slightly modified from Element, mostly because of how devastated I’ve been since I did it.

Warm up

Foam roll – Quads, hammies & Glutes. 5 slow squats.

30 toes to bar
30 double unders
30 push press with kettlebells
30 walking lunges with kettlebells
30 single arm snatches

Stretch – Quads/Psoas & Hamstrings
