Hey Folks!

I’m back (again)! No more weekends away for a while for this guy, thank god. I hope Friday and the rest of the weekend went great (and I’m sure it did).

So, we have 3 weeks until the catalyst games – training will be similar each week until then with the plan being to push hard for the next two weeks, and then go easy for a week (for those not competing, you’ll be going hard steadily 😉 which is awesome)

Each time I per 3×5, it refers to sets x reps, so in this case, 3 sets of 5. Each week I would like you to try to add 5 pounds to last weeks numbers (you’re keeping track of your numbers, right?)

Warm up

Back squat 3×5

5 rounds for time:
10 jumping squats
10 clapping pushups
Run to the magnet sign and back (it’s approximately 60 yards)

Stretch – quads, hamstrings & pecs
