Happy Canada Day! Also a fun fact – te 1 year anniversary of my moving to subury! Exciting right???

Big things are happening this month!
* Drew graduated! Now he’ll be at the gym offering up great wods and expert advice all day long!
* the program is still looking for athletes interested in upping their game for next season! Get in now and get the most out of your summer!
* OnRamp is going to be limited to certain times to give the onramp folks a better experience as well as our other members!
* We’re going to hold an in-house competition for those going to the catalyst games to help build our teams. Stay tuned for details!
